A Revolutionary Way to Fly Helicopters

After installing the iSuper Heli app on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, you can fly the helicopter whenever and wherever you want. You can fly them virtually anywhere via iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad. The controllable distance is approximately 60-feet (18-meters), so with multiple Apple devices, you can chase, race and compete with each other. A distinct advantage of using Bluetooth connections is that they don’t interfere with each other, so you could fly multiple helicopters in the same room with zero interference. Another unique feature of the iSuper Helicopters is the “Record” and “Play” feature in-app. This feature memorizes your flight route, which can later be played back without you touching the controls.

Connecting the iSuper Helicopter to Your Apple Device

Wireless Input’s iSuper Helicopters utilize Bluetooth to communicate with your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. To turn on Bluetooth, go to “Settings”, then “General”, then “Bluetooth” and slide from off to on. While still in the Bluetooth menu on your Apple device, switch your iSuper Helicopter on whereupon it will almost instantaneously appear under “Devices” as “iSuper Helicopter”. Click this to pair your device and play - no extra hardware is required to attach to Apple devices. If you attempt to launch the iSuper Heli app without having your helicopter paired via Bluetooth, the app will bring up a screen which says “Please exit & connect iSuper helicopter.” This feature is a simple solution to inform you why your helicopter might not be working.

The iSuper Helicopter floats effortlessly through the air and has all of the self-correcting capabilities to take care of itself (no skill/experience is needed to fly the iSuper Heli).

iSuper Heli’s Multifunctional Control System

The iSuper Heli app allows you to play with your helicopter in a fun and easy way; by sliding the joystick and thrust gauge, built-in to the app, or utilizing the tilt function derived from the internal accelerometer in your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. Option 1 (Default Controls): On the left-side of the iSuper Heli app user interface, there is an accelerator sliding bar that can be pushed up and down to make the helicopter ascend or descend. On the right-side of the screen, there is an all-directional joystick; moving this joystick will adjust the 360° flight direction. Option 2 (Internal Accelerometer): Activating “Tilt” allows you to tilt your Apple device in the direction you would like the helicopter to go. The smooth application and instant feedback of this feature allow for a more realistic flight experience.

Additional Information

Stabilizer: at the bottom of the iSuper Heli app user interface, there is a slider which is used to stabilize the helicopter at the very beginning of take-off. If the helicopter drifts to the right, adjust the slider to right; alternately, if the helicopter drifts to the left when taking off, adjust the slider to the left.

Emergency Landing: a safety feature of the iSuper Helicopter includes a “STOP” button which makes the helicopter engine power-off while simultaneously stopping the propellers. This safe landing feature makes for an easy, soft landing without the risk of crashing your helicopter; also, this feature is immediately activated if your iSuper Helicopter exceeds the range of the Bluetooth connection.

Note: the iSuper Helicopter Model 032 (the larger red version) is designed for both indoor and outdoor play, whereas the iSuper Helicopter Model 007 (the smaller red & yellow versions) are designed only for indoor play. They are lighter and more susceptible to wind.
