Does your latest film require a moving-vehicle perspective? Turn to the VariZoom Car Rig, which lets you mount cameras as heavy as 25 pounds on your car, truck, or RV. The supplied harness comes with a series of straps and hooks that attach to the edge of a door or hood. Once the harness is installed, you can connect it to most flat- base tripod heads (3/8-inch, 16-thread) or to an optional heavy-duty ball head. The optional extension arm, meanwhile, makes it possible to take shots from low angles and other extreme positions. Most importantly, the tool-free setup is fast and easy, with special anti-skid, rubber suction feet to protect the car's paint job and a tough frame that provides a safe, stable, and rigid support for your camera.
