Bought as a gift. My friend uses them everyday for Pilates exercises. Shes looking might fine. The bands had different resistances. The easiest stretch was so useful but the others are just right depending on exerices.

Bought this after surgery for exercises...nice item and does job well. It is well made and has thus far held up as a resistance band. Cheaper than the rest and the size is good for exercising.

Nice variety of strength of elasticity, easy to remember which is which, and good for the price. Inexpensive way to exercise while watching TV intstead of being a couch potato. Super fast shipping with your site Prime.

It is fabulous to have 3 different resistant capabilities. I use these all the time and love the option.
The only thing I wish is that they were long enough to use in both hands at the same time.
For me they were a bit short, but it doesnt really slow me down, Ill just use them on both sides individually.

I bought these bands to use with a workout video and figured the three different resistances would be perfect for when I was using different muscles. However, the bands are not long enough to do most of the workouts I wanted to use them for. Great for one arm resistance training at a time, but theyre hard to use for both arms and cant really be used for overhead exercises.

Bought these to use with some workout tapes I bought..They arrived soon enough and there were no problems with them or the service..I think I got my moneys worth and would purchase them again..Much cheaper than weights..

These bands are awesome for strength training, and rehabilitation from injuries. I use it when im watching tv to strengthen my ankles (bad sprains)

Seriously, these are a great product for someone like me who is recovering from long term back problems and surgeries. They are of great assistance with stretching and even some exercises that I am ready for. Its too bad that you tall people arent happy with them, but there is more than one use for them. Perhaps you should have done a more thorough search before purchasing them; reading the fine print about length and size and so on. Yes, I happen to be short (53) but it doesnt matter because I mainly use them to stretch my body, most importantly my back. Thank you Valeo - great product!

If you are weary of buying such a product for home exercise you shouldnt be. These bands can be used for rehabilitative purposes as well as exercise in general.
--If youre a petite female, I think youll be able to exercise with the light band, while using the stronger ones to help strecthing. This is only based on assumption using myself and mywife.
--The beauty of these products is that you can increase and decrease the resistance by how short you make the band when you hold it...adjusting as you go.
--On to search for some heavier resistance bands :)

I use Linda Sansones Walk Away the Pounds exercise program and she uses stretch bands. I was disappointed that these were so short! Theyre usable, but just barely. Oh well. If I lose the weight I hope to lose, they should be about right in length sometime next year.
