I dont know what the one person with the one star rating was talking about. I ordered this hair straighter, it came faster than expected and I live in a rural area so normally it takes forever for things to arrive but it arrived within 3 days of the order. It has a long chord so you have more movement, it heats up super fast, it beeps when it turns on and beeps when it turns off, its super cute, it doesnt feel cheap or anything. My hair is super smooth and straight. I used a Chi and Andis before but this one takes the cake. I do recommend buying a hair straightener cleaner I got one from Hot Tools for cheap, and I got Sebastian Trilliant Thermal Protection to protect my colored hair. I even bought a Wetline hair straightener holder, it works amazing, I do fear my hair straightener will fall out of it so I make sure I sit next to it.
I love the seller and I love the hair straightener.

I purchased this for myself and then ordered another for my daughter. It heats up within one minute. It does a great job of straightening my hair immediately, leaving it soft and shiny! I will be ordering one again for another daughter.

I really like the U9 flat iron. It does not snag or pull my hair and heats up quickly. With 4 different heat settings ready to use in 30 seconds you cant go wrong. And I love the hot pink!!!
