These Timex Expedition watches cant be beat for the price. A great weekend, knock-around watch. The leather band is not comfortable or flexible spend $14 for the Timex Mens Q7B805 Genuine Leather Expedition Sport 20mm Olive Green Replacement Watchband and you will have a very functional and comfortable watch for under $50.00.

I have three different models all 20mm bands, and keep 3-4 of the replacement bands on hand. I wear these as much as I do my Tags, and Movados. Simple and functional; a great field watch.

Excellent Timepiece. Great Value. Looks really good while being very easy to read. Indiglo is/works great. The band matches the watch very well and complements the look.
The only negatives are:
1.) that you need to adjust date for 30/31 day months.
2.) When your arm sweats the band will lightly show residual line after it dries.
Best value in its price range.
I not only highly recommend but may buy another!

My one disappointment is that the luminous hands really dont show up in the dark.
You need to use the indiglo function to read the time. Not a real big deal, but worth a mention. Otherwise its just what I wanted - no bells & whistles or alarms or other unwanted functions - just the basics.

Not so heavy, looks nice and has all I need. The glow in the dark is very nice. A little bit heavy and a little bit noisy, nothing to care about.

I asked for this for birthday because I needed a casual watch for just hanging out with the family on weekends, riding bikes, etc.

Nice ruggedly handsome. Sturdy Timex quality at the nice Timex price. Nothing fancy, but who doesnt like Indiglo? Does what its supposed to and looks good doing it. Much more comfortable than those gigantic gaudy watches that are so popular right now.

I received the watch 3 days ago, and thus far I am very happy with the purchase.
Obviously, this does not have any bells and whistles. Its merely a watch. However, with that said, this watch has a very nice indigo feature. Very crisp and bright- very pleasant to look at. In addition, build is very solid, feels just about right on the wrist- not too heavy, not too light. The leather is also very comfortable though it does not feel good the first hour or so after you put it on. In addition, the metal rim around the watch is a very nice as it serves effectively as a stop watch.
I can think of one con which is the fact that the ticking is a little bit loud. Dont get me wrong, this isnt something you would hear frequently, only at night when youre trying to sleep. But even then, it has to be within a foot away from your ear.... though, i doubt youd lose sleep on it even if you had it on your wrist at night.

Great watch- works great, feels great, and does exactly whats expected of it!

This watch is comfortable on my wrist and nice looking. The only poor thing about it is the way to change Day: you have to rotate time up to 144 hours - but you do it only once in its life. And usually its what you get for this low price and only one button.

Highly recommended!
(also, steel body is not fine polished, but Im ok with that)

I bought this watch to wear when Im fishing. It is very easy to read because of its size, contrasting face and hands. I dont have to put on my glasses to find out how late I am, and its water resistant in case/when I fall in.

This is a great watch with many features I desired in a watch.
- Tells time (naturally) with a sweep second
- Has elapsed time bezel
- Has 24 hour markings
- Has Day Date display
- Has night light
- Has glow in the dark hands
- Is water resistant
- Is accurate
And it is nice looking.
The only con I can think of is the fact that the rotating bezel tends to rattle sometimes but its no big deal.

Generally this is a nice watch for everyday use and traveling. I really like the indiglo feature for use in the dark. In general the only complaint is not being able to adjust the date without circling for 24 hours howrs. some of the Timex expeditions have this feature but not this model. This is a typical Timex product, lasts for a long time, perfectly functional, and doesnt look cheap.
