Description:
The SH-704E is a compact and light 3-way pan head for use with SLIK and other manufacturer's tripods. This head has long handles with rubberized grips for easy and accurate positioning of the camera.The SH-704E has separate lock controls for every movement of the head, panning, tilting, and movement from horizontal to vertical camera orientation. It is all metal, has a quick release plate for fast mounting of a camera and a bubble level.

Good construction, works well for point and shoot cameras. Locking mechanics are not for heavier DSLRs.

I wanted a compact head for the heavy duty Gorrillapod (the slr model). This one has smooth operation, sturdier that you would think for its size. I use it with a digital SLR. Good value.
