I got a mini version of this from a vending machine a long time ago and fell in love with it. After days of playing with it, i somehow got lucky and was able to turn it back into a ball! Years later i lost the mini version and came across this! Im so glad i bought it. ive wasted many hours making new shapes. Id say i mastered it cause i can transform it back into a ball pretty easily now. But it still never gets dull. The quality of it is pretty amazing. I handle mine pretty rough sometimes, but it still keeps together and froms easily. i think ill buy another in the near future. Imagine the shapes you can make with 2!

I got this for my nephew for Christmas and he sat for quite a long time just playing with it and had a lot of fun with the Rubiks twist. I think the only draw back is that the paper inside that has some of the puzzles you can do on it was lost and then it was just used to make cool shapes so hold on to the paper.

My son has ADHD and always needs to be doing something w/his hands. He has a lot of fun w/this and has come up with many different combinations.

You can never go wrong with this toy. It pops up all over our house and we all find things to do with it. It is self-contained and invites exploration. We also bought it for a young friend with autism and have been pleased about its engaging texture and simple playability.

i had your site send this as a gift directly to my 10 year old nephew in another country, so i havent seen him in action with it. in his note he wrote: thankyou for the Rubix Twist because you can do anything with it. let me add here that i also sent him a rubic 4x4 and it broke immediately. most disappointing, as that was what he really wanted.

Another really cool shape-changing object from the Rubik Co.
You can solve the various puzzle variations, or just let your hands wander
and see the shifts in shapes and configuration unfold.
It tends to be more durable once you have a few minutes
to get the feel of it (rotating sections pieces
not forcing anything).
The only times the Twist seems to break are when some someone unused
to this feel applies too much force on a section *in the wrong direction* in
the 1st minute or so of use. Ive seen both 4-year old kids and 47-year old adults do this.
But most folks get the fairly gentle touch required fairly quickly,and safe angle of twists,
and have a fun time with it.
Another great coffee-table toy.

This was one of my favorite toys as a kid. I played with it all the time an created many interesting shapes. A great toy for all ages. Not as frustrating/challenging/impossible as the Rubiks Cube and in that sense more educational as most people will play with it a lot more.

This is a decent toy but your kids will get bored with it pretty quickly. It isnt a complex toy but given to a smaller childen and they likely will break it; while it is semi durable if you twist the blocks hard enough they will break.

If you dont know how to solve a Rubiks cube then this is perfect for you. Make whatever you want, there is no way to solve the Rubiks Twist. Try to make the flare gun, really cool if you can figure it out.

This toy is great. My 12 yr. old brother is really into anything Rubiks and was dying to get the Rubiks twist, so I ordered it for him. He absolutely loves it. He is constantly making new things with it, sometimes even behind his back. He never gets tired of it.

I bought one of these from your site just before Christmas 2008 and had fun making shapes and all, but the day after I got it my girlfriend stopped by and I showed it to her. In less than 30 seconds she broke it! I was shocked at how easily it just snapped in half without much force. Since then I looked all over locally for this product, but it couldnt be found.
