I purchased this cable to Hot Synch my Palm 515 with my computer, which was not infrared compatable. It works perfectly and after a year of use, it is still working like new with no problems. It is a nice compact size as well. I like that the cord can be pulled out to make it longer or retracted with a snap. I do have to look carefully to line up the prongs when hooking it up to my Palm, but it fits easily in the slot and is not a problem.
