When my daughter turned 2, she became enthralled with puzzles. We bought several puzzles, but many were either too small for her fingers to manipulate or the pieces were too thin. We found the Safari Social puzzle on-line and it has lasted the past 10 months as if it just came out of the box (This despite the fact that my daughter is not the most gentile child with her toys). The colors are vibrant and my daughter enjoys pointing out animal names. She is now able to concentrate and complete on her own. I have since bought similar puzzles: Pets, Undersea Jamboree, and Traffic Jam. She enjoys them all. An exceptional product.

Love it. My son is 2 years old and was putting this together with some help by his birthday. At 27 months he was able to do it on his own. The pieces are thick and sturdy. He plays with the puzzle a couple of times a day for 4 months and the pieces have not bent, yet. You can wipe them clean as they claim. My son also drools and the pieces are no worse for the wear. He likes to point out the different animals while doing the puzzle especially the elephant and snake. I like the colors and the border helps him figure out the edges since he does not have the concept of the plat edge yet. I would recommend this puzzle.

Our nearly 3 year old really enjoys puzzles. These floor puzzles are perfect for his age as the pieces are large, the themes are enjoyable and the pieces are quite durable. Our son likes to leave this put together on the floor for long periods of time and inevitably ends up walking on them. None of the pieces have broken or peeled. These have worked better than the all-wood puzzles. He has broken several pieces of the all-wood puzzles, but these heavy cardboard pieces hold up well.

My son who is 2 3/4 has recently moved up from fit-it-in the cutout-shape type puzzles and we needed something sturdier and deeply cut (some cheap puzzles can barely stay together because the cardboard used is very thin). This fits the bill, is brightly colored and easy for him to put together. Its a good confidence booster as he starts this new type of puzzle. Quality product. I anticipate it being in great condition and a good handmedown toy when the time comes.
