This is an excellent keyboard and mouse set.
The only problem I have is after about eight or
ten months of use, the key start to become more
difficult to press. I have returned one board for
replacement and logitech sent a new board very
quickly. Not sure I would buy the same board again
without checking out other boards for long term use.

Replaced much older Logitech KB/Mouse product and it works great. Only problem is its range is farther than I expected because it interrupts another mouse/KB on the other side of the house sometimes. KB feels nice, so does mouse. Sometimes back button doesnt work and I have to reboot to reset. Other than that, its A-OK and I would buy it again.

There are two things I hate about most wireless keyboards. Their range is awful. If you are more that 2 or 3 feet away from the base unit, the signal is so weak that you drop key strokes. The other problem is that they dont have an indicator to tell if caps lock is on. This solves both problems. I can lean back in my chair and type away without any loss of signal. The window on the keyboard indicates if the caps lock is on so you never have to check it out on the screen. I like the size as well. The keys are far enough apart that I dont accidently hit two at once. Battery life is great. The keybord batteries last at least 6 months. The mouse goes two weeks without charging. When it starts to run down it pops up a notification so I can wait untill Im going to be out of the office for a couple of hours and drop it in the charger and it is fully recharged when I get back. Because the charger is freestanding I can put it across the room so it doesnt clutter up my desk. I dont use most of the bells and whistles but they are there if you need them. Its a little pricey and a little bulky but it is oriented toward office use. You probably dont need this for ordinary home use and I doubt that serious gamers would want it. your site had a great price on it ($30 less than TD) plus a $30 rebate.

I just wanted the mouse.
Ive used the MX Revolution (2.4GHz Wireless version)
for a few years now with my Logitech DiNovo Edge (Bluetooth)
but have never seen the Bluetooth version of this mouse offered by itself.

My original purchase was with the advice of my own person computer little computer genius as I have little knowledge of things like this. I had complained that my current wireless keyboard couldnt be used far enough away from the computer for what I needed and it wasnt really comfortable to use. Once I got it, I loved it. Unfortunately, a friends baby decided it was a toy and none of us are sure how a 4 year old could do it but he popped two of the keys out and lord only knows what else he did as we found it in the bathroom. We thought he was asleep but evidently he got up and decided to roam. Anyway, I couldnt seem to get one of the keys to work the way it did, so I ordered another one. Love the second one as much as the first. My only recomendation.... When a friend brings their little one to your house and he falls asleep, dont assume he will stay asleep for very long LOL. Well worth the money even if it is a little pricey.

There are many wireless keyboards and I have tried many. I have sold this unit to my customers and I use two of them personally. This keyboard and mouse work flawlessly from anywhere in the room. The battery life is excellent and they have more features than I have time to learn. I would recommend this pair to anyone.

Great combo. Plugged right in and my Win7 machine picked up both as if they were wired - so easy.
Mouse has nice weight/heft to it, the holding fits the hand nicely but cant be used with the left hand, which is a shame. The thumbwheel seemed nice in theory but is useless in practice. If youre used to using the scroll wheel as a middle button, the fact that the wheel tilts left/right makes it harder than usual to click the wheel.
Keyboard has a nice touch; I would have preferred they drop a lot of the doodads on the left, right, and top, and make it as compact as possible for a full-size keyboard, but then again I also have a remote control for dealing with media, etc.
Definitely install the Setpoint software (download it, dont use the CD). Its annoying to have to add software, but that allows you to configure your mouse buttons (including using the scroll wheel as a middle button) and the LCD info that shows up on the keyboard.

I had reservations about spending more than $100 on a keyboard/mouse set but I quickly realized I made the right decision. Firstly I was impressed by the range. Typically 25-30 feet with no problem. The mouse is very sensitive and both the mouse and keyboard have useful shortcut keys (that can be programmed with the included software). They are very comfortable to hold and just about the perfect size on my desk. The battery life of the mouse is not bad. I typically charge it every few days. The main drawback is the useless lcd screen on the keyboard. It serves no function and to add insult to injury it doesnt even have a backlight. Also it is not true plug and play since you have to install the aoftware to use the shortcut keys.

Layout of the keyboard and functions of both keyboard and mouse are well-conceived, no major shakeups from a typical mouse and keyboard, just more features. Both function flawlessly. Keyboard is roomy for the fat of fingered, and keystroke doesnt require 5 ft. lbs. of force like some of the Dull keyboards that come standard with new computers. Only 4-star is price, probably beacuse Im cheap.

I have owned this product for quite a few months and am finally getting around to reviewing it. I love the product overall, however the one complaint I do have is maybe once or twice a day the mouse and/or keyboard will just stop responding. When this happens, I have to unplug the bluetooth dongle and plug it back in. I own 2 of these units so it is not just a single defective unit.
Otherwise I am very happy with the comfort and responsiveness of this combo.

I returned this item after 3 months. Keyboard started typing weird characters without ability to stop them. Mouse was cool and comfortable and as long as I paid attention that is charged well, it worked well. But keyboard problems became unbearable and had to return it. After this experience, I am only working with wired mouse and keyboard as they are much more responsive then any wireless/bluetooth combination.

The Revolution is a GREAT product. I lie to you not.
Keyboard: whisper-quiet (perfect for when I need to do work and my roommate needs to sleep), function keys are perfect and DEFINITELY programmable, style of the lettering on the keys is modern and streamline (they even indicate which keys, in combo with CTRL, produce common effects, i.e. bold, italics, cut, copy, paste, etc.). Screen shows number of new e-mails, music thats playing from media players (including iTunes), PC temperature and time/date.
Mouse: form-fitting to the hand, several buttons that make navigation so much easier, recharge batteries with stand that gives it 15 days of working ability.
As for Windows 7 users, if you have issues with this model and displaying information/syncing to your computer, go to [...] and download the latest software for SetPoint and do a hard restart of the keyboard (take the batteries out and make sure it is COMPLETELY off). It works like a dream! =)

They work great and at great distances away as I am using them for a home theatre where they are the primary remote as I sit on my couch and control the computer.

The product works just as advertised. The range is accurate, and even goes a bit further; ours is going through an insulated wall, around 30 feet away (works great). The Bluetooth is nice, because it does not interfere with any other remote signals we have in the house, and the battery life and charge in the components hold for as long as we need it to (have not replaced the keyboard batteries since I have owned it and the mouse charge lasted a good 3 weeks). Recharge of the mouse it very easy too; all around: a great product.

The keyboard and mouse combo were very easy to set up. They are both very comfortable to use. The construction is high quality and feels very solid. I especially like that the mouse has a charger which is also the wireless unit. Both the keyboard and mouse have more features than I actually use.
