Lexar's Single Slot Multi-Card Reader is both a card reader and a portable USB flash drive in one. Flexible enough to be expanded and upgraded simply by inserting a SD, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, MMC and xD-Picture cards and is compatible with USB 2.0 ports. . This product is just what it says. Ive only used it with SD cards (both full size and micro) but it reads them quite well and is relatively fast. I would recommend it for anyone who moves between several computers.

I purchased this to work with my Macbook Air. So far it has worked perfectly and Ive been able to back up a lot of my work on the cards. It has also worked seamlessly reading my camera card.

This device feels like a plastic toy, but it works very well with my XD-Picture cards, which most multi-card readers cant handle. A three foot usb cable is included. Getting the card in and out of the slot wasnt difficult after the first few times. The potentially loose cover isnt an issue with me because I leave the reader plugged into my desktop computer with the usb cable.
