Description:
The added capacity of HDTV channels available from digital cable and satellite makes it necessary to reconsider the type of coaxial cable used for installations. Poor quality cable causes a higher DC voltage drop along the cable length. This limits channel bandwidth resulting in a less than predictable performance potentially creating service calls. A solid copper center conductor, within Dayton Audio's RG-6/U cable, is the perfect signal path for high performance signals transmitted and received by satellite and cable receivers.

Aluminized Mylar foil is bonded to the dielectric (125% coverage) to provide 100% shield protection from EM and RF interference. UL and C-UL listed; CMR rated for use within walls. Additionally, Dayton Audio's RG-6/U can be used to make high performance custom length composite, component, stereo audio, and subwoofer patch cables when terminated with Dayton Audio's RCAX-AU audiophile-grade RCA connectors.
