We have a Scion xB and the visor doesnt extend far enough to block the sun from the side of your face. A lot of the visor-extenders are awkward, or didnt extend far out enough for our big side windows. We just stick this filmy strip to the glass when needed, and sometimes we leave it on for extended periods of time. We have accidentally rolled our windows all the way down while this was on, and it didnt come off, but I imagine it could get pulled off when you roll down your window. It doesnt completely block the sun (you can see through it a bit), but it makes it far less harsh. Its nice because you can easily move it where ever its needed, and so far they are adhering very well. It would be nice if they came with a little container that you could roll them up and store them in when not using, because if they are laying flat it seems like dust and debris will collect on them.

These really do work. Theyre easy to place on the window, then remove over & over again. I have a 40 mile drive home from work, with the sun glaring in my drivers window most of the way. With these, its easy to block out & makes the drive much less annoying.
