Well, all I can say is that it was always correct- always negative. So cant speak for how well it detects early pregnancy as accurately as it claims. I will say it provided the result very quickly (just a few minutes), with no need for interpretation. It says either pregnant or not pregnant so no guess with wondering if you are reading two lines or not. They felt a bit clunky, and after doing more research on what pregnancy tests are best, digitals arent quite as sensitive. Hopefully I will be testing with positive results, but I wont be buying this brand. I prefer First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test, 3 tests.

To be short. I made 8 home pregnancy test, 4 of them were clear blue digital and all of them went PREGNANT nad the other 4 from diferents brand went negative. At the end I was actually pregnant and just because the old bad coments and reviews I spend more than a $100 in test. Clear Blue Digital was the only right... It is the best product.

We have been trying to have a baby & I have seen the Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test in the stores and always passed on them. I always buy the regular pregnancy sticks. I have heard it wasnt worth spending the money on them. I thought I would give them a try. You use them the same way you do the regular pregnancy tests. As you are waiting you will see it is working when the little timer picture pops up. After a few minutes it reads Pregnant or Not Pregnant. Very easy to use and read. I will definitely buy more in the future.

if you are a compulsive HPTer during the 2wk wait
then i would actually get the no name brand 25 pack on here
and use this one as a back up after you get a positive from one of those
if you are charting and know your ovulation time frame and get a negative
on the first time you tested then i would wait two more days before testing again
that is why this is nice this pack is 3 of them and not just one or even two
if you are on meds during your TTC journey then you should already know
there are some that have been known to give false positives
and that no test is 100% accurate
if you do get a negative on your first test you will be tempted to retest the very next morning
but try to resist the temptation and retest 2days after your negative
this one is the easiest one i have ever used now granted they are all rather easy
but the technology is more sensitive than it was ten years ago
and with this one there is no wondering what color is the line...
or is it a true line..is it dark enough..
if you have been TTC you know what i am talking about

I have had to take many many pregnancy tests and learned from the beginning to stick with digital. It tells you simply pregnant/not pregnant, with no is-that-a-line-I-see anxiety. This test is accurate and comes with precise instructions.
A tip if you have to take a lot of pregancy tests, go to the lab of a hospital or doctors office and they give you this plastic collection bowl that sits right in your toilet so all you have to do is urinate as usual and it goes right into that bowl. Then you just dip the stick in the bowl for the 20 seconds and pull it out, set it on the sink and then empty the bowl into the toilet. That way you arent dealing with trying to aim right or messy situations. Im sure you can even order one online if you dont have a facility near you.

I consider myself to be a bit of an expert when it comes to pregnancy tests--Ive taken far too many in the last 7 years of trying to get pregnant. Ive seen a few positives and too many negatives in that time. The analog ones with the two lines or the +/- drive me crazy. Ive been known to stare at it for what seems like hours trying too see if there is a line or not. Ive pulled them out of the trash to double-check (a big no-no since you should only look at them within a certain time frame or shadow lines appear). The +/- are the worst--they gave faint false positives on every one of them for me.
I am a fan of anything that keeps me from obsessing. That is what I love about the digital tests...no guessing, no obsessing if there is a line or not. It is either Not Pregnant or Pregnant.
I am a prime candidate for a false positive. I did IVF and took an Hcg shot before the retrieval. I also am impatient and never wait a full two weeks to take a pregnancy test. The hcg should have been out of my system within 10 days, but it can take a little longer to flush through the system. I took my first test at 11dpo (4 days before expected period - 51% accuracy according to the box) and it popped up with Pregnant within 90 seconds. Of course, I didnt trust it quite yet seeing that there had been plenty of false positives reported. I waited until the next day and took another one--within 60 seconds Pregnant popped up again. Still, I didnt quite trust the results, so I waited one more day to take another test. Another Pregnant popped up even faster! The next day was my beta blood test and the results came back at 163, so the digitals were clearly accurate for me!
I dont like that the results go away in about 24 hours, but that is only because of my obsessive nature--I stare at the results to make sure they dont change on me. ha,ha. I did take an analog test at 14dpo and it came up with 2 very clear and dark lines.
Overall, these are probably my favorite pregnancy tests. They are pricey, but worth it for me not to hold the test up in every different direction in all different light to see if there is a second line.

Home pregnancy tests detect a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in your urine, which occurs 6 to 12 days after implantation. The Tests with the two pink lines for positive sometimes do not detect the hCG level in women who do not produce a high level, like me, if they are pregnant.
I have gone through trying to get pregnant and buying the cheaper tests, only to be staring at a stick in the bathroom going is ...that a line?... Its frustrating, its expensive and its never good to be stressed out during that delicate time, whether you are pregnant or not.
Clearblue Easy DIGITAL pregnancy tests have a digital window. You pee on the stick, wait a few minutes and there it is...Negative or Positive. NO GUESSING.
The only drawback, that I have heard other women say, is that you cannot keep these for a scrapbook or to show your kids an ancient stick you peed on. The digital readout eventually goes away. I personally dont care.

I had some spotting at 11 days past ovulation and mistook it as the beginning of my period. When two days had passed without further bleeding and with a raised temperature still, I took this test in the morning. After a few minutes, the Positive clearly showed up. It was really sweet to show it to my husband and not have to explain the test like I would have with a test with lines (this is our first child).
After reading the reviews today, though, I started panicking and wondering if the test was wrong. I ran to the drugstore and bought a test with the two lines (First Response) and took the test in the afternoon. I got two lines on that test as well, so I know the first was correct.
Its a horrible thing to think that youre pregnant and find out that you arent, and these women all have my sympathy. However, I had a great experience with the test and find it very accurate (I used one last cycle and got a Not Pregnant a day before my period started, so it worked well both times.)

When my period was 3 days late, I bought a Target brand HPT and took it on Tuesday. I was confused by the results. After 3-5 minutes there was a faint second line but I wasnt sure if it was positive or just a poor quality test. I decided to buy the 2-pack Clear Blue Easy Digital pregnancy test on Thursday to eliminate any confusion. I was shocked to see the work PREGNANT after only 1 minute when I took the test on Thursday night. After reading all the reviews here about false positives, I decided to use the second test on Friday morning. That one was also positive. Still doubting the accuracy I bought an E.P.T. brand and used it on Saturday morning. Again it was positive. I have a doctors appt on Wednesday to confirm by blood test, but Im pretty sure I know the tests were accurate.
I wanted to say the digital tests were easy to read and there was no guess work involved. I got the 2-pack at Target for only $10.59. Maybe the folks at Clear Blue Easy have improved the digital tests since most of these reviews are from 2007/2008. Hope this comment helps someone.
