Shaw Brothers screen legend David Chiang Da Wei (The Water Margin; Have Sword, Will Travel) headlines the film as the affable Chen Kuang, a local taxi driver whose various travels through the hustle and bustle of the city’s streets expose a Hong Kong full of charm, kindness, and even grand adventure!
