I live in Brazil and it took only 11 days to get to my house with the low cost of the normal air mail. I consider it very fast once it traveled from the other side of the world. I can´t say if the shock really works as a defense device but I guess it works. Again it looks like any other torch so is quite safe to carry at all times. I actually have one in the car and another in my partners car in full view strapped to the dash board. This has brilliant applications for all people who work in the security industry. The only flaw is that i would prefer the light to be a little brighter, as it still gives great illumination and can blind an assailant however i would just prefer a stronger illumination. It is still strong enough to see into all those nooks and crannies and would be great for camping however i do believe in terms of illumination for night security workers a stronger beam would be advantages. Also feel it would be great if the beam could be focused to offer wider peripheral illumination, it may be something to look at for the future. However again, I cannot fault this item in terms of its application as both a torch and a method of non lethal self defense. Well worth the investment and as stated earlier the carry case makes it even easier to use when bush walking or camping or even just to hang off the dash board in the car. Again, ipmart you have done it again and i urge all shoppers to order with complete trust and assurance that you will receive exactly what you order in very short time and a very reasonable prices. For an International oredr to arrive within 3-4 days is extra-ordinary and prior to my dealings with ipmart i would wait up to 5weeks for some International orders.
