The resin on the case that held the band pin broke causing the band to not be able to attach to the case. I called casio warranty.. and they said it would not break unless great force is applied..?? but it is broken while I was wearing them normally, putting no stress on them. my quick remedy.. $1.29 Super glue from home depot.. Since the connecting parts of the band and casing are made out of plastic resin, super glue works perfectly.. I even removed the other unbroken side pin and put glue on it since I believe it will eventually break.. praying super glue hold them long time... so far OK haha!! but I really think casio should do the better job.. by: C. I liked the looks, feel and time keeping. I like some others here, had the case just break where the pin mounts the band to the case ears after 4 days. Its resin-plastic and I put no pressure on it at that time. Even the 250.00 tough solar atomic I got has a metal/plastic case, but that one has lasted me a year plus going strong and is not nearly as attractive. The only one I have found with a majority metal case is the G Shock.
